How we handle your data

Freedom Score App helps you measure and improve your financial freedom. That means we handle sensitive personal answers, and we take that seriously. Below is a plain-English summary of how the product is built, who touches your data, and how to reach us.

At a glance

Traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS.
Data at rest is encrypted by our managed backend provider.
Per-user access is enforced at the database layer via row-level security policies.
You can export or delete your account and assessment data at any time.
We never sell your personal data.

These describe controls in effect today. They are not a certification and do not imply compliance with any specific regulatory framework unless explicitly stated on this page.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of vendors to run the product. Each is bound by their own security and privacy commitments; we share only the data needed for the function listed.

Lovable Cloud
Application hosting and managed backend (database, authentication, storage, serverless functions).
Lovable AI Gateway
AI model routing for the narrative summary and check-in features.
Resend
Transactional email delivery (account, intro, and check-in notifications).

Reporting a concern

Security issue, suspected vulnerability, or a privacy question? Email hello@freedomscoreapp.com with a description of the issue and steps to reproduce, if applicable. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.

Please do not include personal data of other users, and do not perform testing that could degrade the service for other people (denial-of-service, brute force, social engineering of staff or users).
