1. Who we are

Freedom Connect™ is a technology platform operated by Freedom Connect. The platform helps individuals and businesses understand their financial picture and connect with independent, licensed professionals. Freedom Connect is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, insurance producer, tax preparer, or law firm, and does not provide legal, tax, investment, insurance, or accounting advice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. The Freedom Score and related tools

The Freedom Score™, Business Freedom Score™, AI Freedom Profile™, Freedom Roadmap™, and related outputs are educational tools. They summarize information you provide and generalized guidance — they are not a credit score, a financial plan, a recommendation to buy or sell any product, or a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter.

4. Independent professionals

Professionals listed on Freedom Connect™ are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Freedom Connect. Any engagement, agreement, fee, or transaction between you and a professional is solely between you and that professional. We screen professionals for basic eligibility, but we do not guarantee their availability, conduct, results, or the ongoing status of any license or credential. Verify credentials independently before engaging any professional.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Use the platform to harass other users or professionals, or to violate any law.
• Resell, sublicense, or misuse content, scores, or reports generated for another account.

6. Fees and paid features

Some features may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Applicable pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant Freedom Connect a limited license to process that information to operate the platform, generate your Freedom Score™ and related outputs, and match you with professionals you choose to contact. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Notice.

8. Intellectual property

Freedom Connect™, Freedom Score™, Business Freedom Score™, Freedom Academy™, Freedom Fridays™, Freedom at Work™, Freedom Partner™, and related marks are trademarks of Freedom Connect. The platform, its software, and its content are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Connect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific financial outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Connect and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Freedom Connect is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
